Terms of service

The essentials in plain words: how we quote, how payment works, and what happens when a visit needs to move.

1. Quotes & inspection

Our rate is $58 per hour. Your final quote is set after a free on-site inspection, where we see your home's size and condition. Any condition-based adjustment is determined at that inspection and presented to you before any work is scheduled. We only clean what you've already approved.

2. Payment

Payment is by invoice once the work is agreed: you receive a secure Stripe invoice by email to pay by card online, or you can arrange cash or check with us. Nothing is ever charged on this website. Cleaning services carry no sales tax in Wyoming.

3. Your home & access

We agree access arrangements at the inspection (whether you'll be home, keys, codes). We treat your home with care and respect; if something isn't as you expected, tell us right away and we'll review it with you.

4. Rescheduling, cancellations & no-shows

Life moves appointments — just let us know. You can reschedule or cancel a visit at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice, by calling any of our lines.

If we arrive at the agreed time and can't get in (nobody home, no access), we'll do our best to reach you on the spot. A missed visit without notice may add a charge of up to one hour of service to your next invoice. Repeated no-shows may require advance confirmation for future visits.
