What we collect

When you request a cleaning through this site, the booking form collects: the service and frequency you're interested in, your preferred dates and time of day, your address and general home details (bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size), any notes you leave us, and your contact details (name, phone, email, preferred language, and which of us you'd like to hear from).

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or advertising tools. The form includes protections against automated submissions (for example Cloudflare Turnstile verification), which may process technical browser signals solely for that purpose.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to handle your request: to call you back, schedule your free on-site inspection, prepare your quote and — if you decide to go ahead — coordinate and invoice the service. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep the details of fulfilled or declined requests for about 6 months, then delete or anonymize them. If you're a recurring client, we keep what's needed to keep serving you for as long as we work together.

Payments

Card payment happens through a secure Stripe invoice sent to your email. Your card details are processed by Stripe directly — they never pass through this website or through our hands. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that processing.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Full stop.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time — one call to any of our lines is enough.
